SHIPPING TIMELINES

• Shipping occurs during BUSINESS HOURS: Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 2:30 pm EST, excluding nationally recognized holidays (New Years Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, June 19th, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,  Christmas Day & New Year's Day).  
• No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday as they are NOT considered business days.  
• Estimated order processing/shipping time is approximately 48 hours (Monday through Friday) from the time your order is received and is subject to change based on order volume.  All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
• Delivery is estimated by package destination and option chose. Typical delivery is 3 to 5 business days for Ground Options & 5 to 10 business days for UPS Ground Saver (Please Note: Estimated Ship and delivery dates are estimations ONLY and are not guaranteed).
• If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc), please add at least 2 to 3 or more additional business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
• Maestro's Classic shall not be liable for loss (stolen/mis-delivery due to incorrect address information provided), damage, or delay of delivery after packages are tendered to USPS/UPS. If your package is received damaged/mis-delivered or stolen, please contact the carrier. 
• PO BOXES: UPS Ground shipping does not deliver to PO Boxes.  We will ship to PO Box destinations via UPS Ground Saver.
• WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING, NOR UPS Ground Saver POST (we will send invoices for shipping cost if wholesale orders are received requesting FREE Shipping & Ground Saver. Orders will not be shipped until shipping invoice is paid).

• UPS Ground Saver- (based on destination & package weight) (ships to 50 states & PO Boxes) Estimated delivery 5 to 10 business. 60% Packages deliver via USPS depending on location, 40% delivered via UPS depending on location. Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  
• FREE DOMESTIC (UPS Ground Saver)- Orders $60 & Over (ships to 50 states, plus PR & PO Boxes) (Wholesale Orders are not eligible for free Shipping)- Estimated delivery 5 to 10 business days. Orders received after 2:30 EST will be processed the next business day. 
• FREE DOMESTIC (UPS Ground Saver)- Subscription Service orders $40 & Over (ships to 50 states & PO Boxes) 

GROUND (not express):

• UPS Ground (ships to 50 states) (Does not deliver to PO Boxes)- Estimated delivery 2-5 business days. Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  

EXPRESS OPTIONS

• UPS 3 Day Select (ships to 50 states) (Does not deliver to PR & PO Boxes)- Estimated delivery 3 business days. Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  
• UPS 2 Day Air (ships to 50 states plus PR) (Does not deliver to PR & PO Boxes)- Estimated delivery 2 business days. Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  
• UPS Next Day Air Saver (ships to 50 states plus PR) (Does not deliver to PR & PO Boxes)- Estimated delivery 1 business day. Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  
• USPS PRIORITY (PR, US Military and US Territories ONLY) Estimated delivery varies depending on delivery location. Typical delivery window is 2 plus business days. Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

• Airspace Issues: International Post Offices have alerted customers to potential delays for international inbound/outbound shipments due to regional airspace closures.

• UPS Worldwide Express Saver- "Tracking Service Available."  Estimated delivery: Canada- 1 Business day. Mexico & Latin America 2 business days. Europe, Middle East & Asia 2 + business days to your door. (Please Note: Importer is responsible for payment of Duties and taxes upon delivery) Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed on our next business day.

STANDARD/FIRST CLASS OPTIONS

• USPS FIRST CLASS STANDARD INTERNATIONAL- "NO TRACKING." Estimated delivery takes 10 to 15 plus business days delivered by local post to your door. (Please Note: Importer is responsible for payment of Duties and taxes upon delivery) Orders received after 2:30 pm EST will be processed on our next business day.
